1972 Porsche 911 2.4E RHD
A rare right hand drive early 911 in a strong period colour

Early 911s are suitably rare in right hand drive. This UK-spec 2.4E was delivered in tangerine with a black sports seat interior and electric windows, electric sunroof, rear wiper and wheel-arch trims. As a 1972 model year car, it retains some of the bright work of the earlier cars as well as the one-year only oil filler on the offside rear quarter panel.

Earlier in its life, the car saw service as a competitive production-series racecar in the hands of Bob Watson, racing alongside a number of its UK-based RHD contemporaries. More recently, it was home-restored back to original spec by a capable and experienced enthusiast. The history file records the many new parts fitted and that the correct-type engine was rebuilt.

Still with its original registration number, familiar from its racing heyday, the car is presented in good mechanical and cosmetic condition ready to enjoy or improve further as a new owner sees fit. A rare right hand drive early 911 in a strong period colour, the car is correctly priced and ready to go.
